Srivani Ravitej Bachala is a Trustee of Good Will Society since its inception. She also served as Trustee of Inspire India Trust from 2002 onwards. 

Planning, organizing, executing detailed itineraries, liaison with Indian and foreign delegations and organizations is what Vani does efficiently at Good Will Society.

Srivani studied at St. Francis and at Dewan Bahadur Padmarao Mudaliar College and graduated in Accounting and Commerce. She also has an Hons. Dip. in Systems Management from National Institute of Information Technology.

Olga Mukhina, is Coordinator of Good Will in Europe. Olga operates from Poland and liaises with Good Will partners all over Europe and plans and organizes Expeditions and Exchanges, among other things. 

Olga studied for a short while in Nantes, France and has graduated in Marketing from Collegium da Vinci, Poland. She is pursuing MA in International Relations at Poznan

University. Olga speaks and writes fluent English, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and has working knowledge of French.

Kareem Hussain Shaikh is Good Will's Head of Expedition Logistics. He is a travel organizer par excellence, with long experience in organizing expeditions all over the world. Kareem manages all the travel needs of Good Will's Expeditions. He serves as the Business Head of Vay2go Travels (P)., Ltd, located in Hyderabad.

Kareem has been on several of Good Will's Expeditions and Exchanges as a coordinator for visas, travel arrangements, accommodation and food and student welfare. Always ready-to-help with his long experience of travel on all the continents of the world. 

Kareem acts as liaison for Good Will Society in India, Europe and Australia. He keeps Good Will flying high in the skies using his ingenuity, skills & experience.
